How to Download Your E-Book
After a successful purchase, your e-book download will be made available through the digital delivery options provided for your order.
Download from the Order Confirmation Page
If a download link is available on the order confirmation page, you can click the Download button to download your e-book.
Download from Your Email
Your order confirmation or download information may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Download from Your BrandLoop Account
If your order is linked to a BrandLoop account, you may be able to access your purchased digital products through your account or order section.
Payment Completed but Can’t Download?
Don’t worry. Please check the following before contacting support:
- Make sure your payment was successfully completed.
- Check the email address you entered during checkout.
- Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
- Refresh the order confirmation page and try again.
- Check your BrandLoop account/order section if applicable.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Try downloading the file using another browser or device.
If you still cannot access your purchased e-book, please contact our support team.
Download Link Not Received
If you have not received your download information after completing your purchase, please contact us with the following:
Full name
Order number
Email address used for the purchase
Payment confirmation or transaction details
We will review your order and assist you with the issue.
